Bundle URLs

Step by step guide on what to do when Bundle URLs in the product feed do not match the URLs on your website.

Once you have published a bundle in CommerceTools and you view it on the website, you may encounter an issue where the URL displayed does not match what is in the product feed. To resolve this issue you need to log into CommerceTools, go to the Product list for the relevant business and filter by bundles which are published as shown below.

Click into the bundle(s) that you are having issues with and navigate to the 'Int./Ext. Search' tab. Under 'External Search Engine Optimization' you will see a field called 'Short URL (slug)'.

Compare the 'Short URL (slug)against what you are seeing in the part of the URL that comes before the variant title on the website - highlighted below.

Relevant portion of the URL.

If these do not match, you need to copy the relevant portion of the URL from the website and paste it into the 'Short URL (slug)' field in CommerceTools and click save.

This step should be incorporated into the bundle creation process so as to avoid any issues with mismatching URLs.
