Standard Checks done when Products/Variants not appearing

Check if variant is set to “MRC” (not MRC Don’t-show)

1. Go to Commercetools
2. Find the Product and variant in question
3. Click into the variant and then click Price
4. Is channel set to MRC?

 

 

Check if Price and stock are coming in from System21 if UK

1. Go to Commercetools
2. Find the Product and variant in question
3. Confirm you can see a Sterling Price and a Stock value above the set minimum (2 in case of Roberts)

 

 

Check Price and Stock have been added manually if FR/DE

1. Go to Commercetools
2. Find the Product and variant in question
3. Confirm you can see a Sterling Price and a Stock value above the set minimum (2 in case of Roberts)

 

 

 

 

Check if Colour swatch is matching PIM/Durpal

1. Go to PIM
2. Check under attributes the field name variantTitle. This is case sensitive and must match the naming in Drupal

 

 

 

Check if correct tagging is in place for relevant PLP

1. Go to Commercetools
2. Find the Product and check the General tab

 

 

When all check are confirmed and 15 minutes have passed since last CRON then run the CRON a second time
