Pre-Web Assortment Checks
Many issues relating to products not displaying on the website can be resolved by doing a small number of checks before requesting the product is added to the web assortment.
Please not that this information is also relevant to those who do not use Infomatica 360 PIM - it is also relevant to those who do not use a PIM, or use alternatives like Salsify/Plytix
Images with --hero in the name are shown in the first position of a PDP
Images with --card in the name are shown as the card image on a PLP
If no naming convention is followed then the images will be added to the product in no particular order
Image handling guidelines - /image-handling-guidelines-pim
Filenames cannot have any spaces.
Please use .PNG file formats for the Product Web Image Hero and Product Web Image PLP
.PNG or .JPG formats can be used for the Product Web Image
