How to add a Retailer to the Store Locator

1 min read
The retailer listings which appear in the Store Locator are setup outside of the component, learn how to add a new one, or edit an existing one.

IMPORTANT: This is for retailers maintained in Drupal, not CRM.

Add a Retailer

In the Drupal admin menu, hover over Content > Add Content, & select "Retailer" or "Online Retailers".

On the Create Retailer page, fill out all the necessary detail for that retailer.

Dropdown menu to set the retailer grade

In the Retailer Grade dropdown, make sure to select one of the Retailer Grades which have been set up, and that this option isn't left on its default "- None -".
This dictates the styling of how the icons appear, and pushes premium listings to the top of the list, if set up.

Continue filling out the rest of the details for the listing.

Click Save.

You've now added a listing, which will appear in the Store Locator, when you search that location.

Edit a Retailer

In the Drupal admin menu, select Content.

In the Content Type filter, select Retailer, to filter to all the retailers.

Find the Retailer you want to edit. You can search by entering a term in the Title field.

For the Retailer of choice, select Edit in the Operations column.

Edit the necessary detail.

Click Save.
