Find a Retailer Component

The find a retailer component ties the retailer content type to a map location. 
Though called 'find a retailer' it can be used for service centres, service engineers, etc also

First go to 
Structure >  Taxonomy > Retailer grade
Add a taxonomy term for the service you want to display on the map - eg retailer / service engineer etc
Save

The configuration of the component can be done at 
Admin > Configuration > System > Find a retailer
or - yoursite.com /admin/config/system/find-retailer

Complete the fields

Or click on the right tab and from the drop down choose the taxonomy to use on the Find a Retailer component

Click save

To add a business/individual to the map - 
Next go to Content > add content > Retailer >

Complete the details of the business/individual you wish to add. 
Continue to add as many entries as you need. 

Finally go to the page you wish to add the 'Find a Retailer' component to. 
Add the component from the component list



 

Complete the fields to centre the map on your chosen region. 

Map zoom and search zoom can be adjusted to show the desired level of magnification
