Exporting Product Data from CommerceTools

Log into CommerceTools 

1. Navigate to the project that you wish to work with eg. global-robertsradio.prd for (robertsradio.com)

2. From the menu on the left of the screen, choose the first icon for products. Select the Product list from the available options

3. From the actions menu, choose the export products option

4. From the modal window you can adjust the parameters of the export. 

If exporting all products, leave the Scope to Export All (it should correspond with the number of products shown next to the Products Title)

Save as: Adjust the name if required - choose the desired file format ( CSV or JSON)

CSV settings: can be adjusted as per the user's requirements

5. On the second screen of the modal window, select the fields to include in the export. For a full product export, select all of the checkboxes

For locals - you can check on language or all 

6. from the third modal window review your selection and click on the Start Export button

7. To download your export, choose the export option from the operations menu

8. From the Export Log screen, choose the export that you wish to download. 
Click on the Download link to the right of the screen under Action
